Join an established company as a Customer Service Representative in the Richmond Heights area, and play an important role in keeping customer orders accurate, shipments on schedule, and clients satisfied.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping manage orders from initial entry through shipment and invoicing. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including the warehouse, to coordinate deliveries, address customer concerns, and provide timely, reliable service.

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and provide quotes based on customer needs and product specifications.
• Coordinate order shipments with the warehouse to help ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Send customer invoices and issue credits for short shipments, product returns, and other applicable adjustments.
• Prepare and send material certifications and certification packages to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, shipments, and outstanding questions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints while maintaining positive business relationships.
