Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with various dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide informative responses regarding vehicle features, financing options, and service schedules.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of automotive products and services is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
