Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations and provide exceptional service to customers, drivers, and internal teams. This role involves managing phone communications, handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day office functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Requirements

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and customers
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks, reporting, and correspondence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple phone lines is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
