We are seeking an energetic, full-time Customer Service Representative for our store in St. Joseph, MO. This entry-level role offers steady hours, a monthly bonus, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
As a CSR, you will:
- Handle cash transactions and initiate customer loans
- Contact customers about past due payments
- Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays (Sundays off)
- Operate computers and standard office equipment
