Responsibilities
Position Summary: Join a premier clinic operations team providing critical, high-volume customer and patient support. This fast-paced role centers on managing frontline patient access points, streamlining medical office communication, and resolving patient requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls with exceptional professional telephone etiquette.
- Coordinate and manage accurate appointment scheduling across multiple medical clinics.
- Process and track critical patient medical referrals efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive customer service support to resolve patient, family, and staff inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical customer service, clinical front desk, or healthcare call centers.
- strong skills in scheduling logistics, data entry, and referral processing.
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone manners.
- Must pass comprehensive compliance background checks and drug screens.
- Willingness to complete medical health screenings, including mandatory vaccinations (Flu, COVID-19, MMR, Varicella, Tetanus) and TB tests.
