SCHEDULES AFTER TRAINING

Shift 1 $16.25/hr
WednesdaySaturday | 8:00 AM6:00 PM

Shift 2 $15.25/hr
MondayFriday | 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays required

JOB DUTIES

Answer customer calls and emails
Assist with orders, shipping, and returns
Track orders and answer customer questions
Enter information into computer systems

REQUIREMENTS

Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer and communication skills
Reliable attendance
Must commit to assigned schedule
