Customer Service Representative

• Communicate with customers regarding order status
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain a thorough understanding of customer orders to effectively answer questions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication
• Assist sales and product research
• Prepare customer quotes
• Review and proof orders to ensure accuracy
