Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer phone orders
• Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
• Assisting with the day-to-day shipping and receiving of UPS/FEDEX and LTL shipments
• Assist the field service/shop service group with data entry, requesting po's and ordering parts for both field service and shop service jobs. Also be able to notify technicians of parts arrival and stage items for both departments accordingly

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

• 1 year of (rotating equipment) knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
• Must have experience performing most of the functions
• Prior inside sales/customer service experience
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Sitting for long periods of time, lifting boxes onto tables

Working Conditions: Majority of time will be in office. Some warehouse throughout day.

Training/Certifications: N/A

Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5pm
