Customer Service Representative

Certified Benz & Beemer is looking for an energetic and organized customer service representative to work in our Business Development Center as part of our growing team!  As the "heartbeat of our service department". you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them to keep their vehicle safe and on the road.

We are looking for a motivated person with exceptional communication and time management skills. You will be assisting the Service Department in coordinating appointments and helping customers have an excellent experience.  T

What You Will Do:

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule maintenance appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recall notices, and special promotions.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth, welcoming drop-off experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position (Customer service, call center, administrative, etc.) 
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a Plus!
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer and internet skills 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Bilingual is a Plus
