This part-time position involves working 2pm to 10pm shifts, including weekends and possibly weekdays.
Essential duties include greeting members and guests, providing excellent customer service, answering calls, checking IDs, signing up new members, and giving club tours.
Assist with account updates, respond to member questions, and maintain club cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities also include cleaning and sanitizing facilities, stocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
Qualifications include a customer service background, basic computer skills, a positive attitude, punctuality, and being at least 18 years old.
Physical demands involve standing, walking, talking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and chemical cleaning. Employees are employed by the franchisee, not PFHQ.
