Customer Service Representative

Our office is quickly growing and we need someone who we can train to fit in our office puzzle! The position offered is full time. Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in to quote and sell insurance policies.

Salary Range: $20000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
• Assist prospective clients by handling inbound calls, providing quotes, and helping convert inquiries into policy sales
• Support the sales process by recommending appropriate coverage options based on client needs
• Learn and apply agency processes and systems through training to contribute effectively to team success
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information while ensuring a high level of professionalism

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and assist both current and prospective clients
• Ability to learn quickly, follow agency processes, and effectively support sales efforts including quoting and recommending coverage
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to accurately maintain client records and handle multiple tasks in a professional manner
