Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in to quote and sell insurance policies.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current clients by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
- Assist prospective clients by handling inbound calls, providing quotes, and helping convert inquiries into policy sales
- Support the sales process by recommending appropriate coverage options based on client needs
- Learn and apply agency processes and systems through training to contribute effectively to team success
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information while ensuring a high level of professionalism

- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and assist both current and prospective clients
- Ability to learn quickly, follow agency processes, and effectively support sales efforts including quoting and recommending coverage
