Customer Service Representative

Wendle Motors in Spokane, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Service Team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with a warm smile, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll quickly address any customer concerns, support our Service Manager, and handle a variety of tasks with a great attitude. Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
• $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Engage with and talk to customers over the phone, via email, and/or online.
• Schedule appointments for customers requesting service.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of appointments and customer interactions.
• Maintain consistent communication with Service Advisors to ensure smooth coordination and timely client interactions.
• Provide accurate information to store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help deliver the highest level of service.

Qualifications:

• Superior phone skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with managers, coworkers, and customers.
• Strong customer service experience, with a sense of urgency and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including scheduling software.
• Typing efficiency.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is not required-we will teach you everything you need to know!
