You're a natural problem-solver who's good with people. How You'll Make an Impact\u202f

  • Guide customers through questions, concerns, or challenges they encounter while using the product or service\u202f
  • Listen actively to understand the root of the issue and provide clear, effective solutions\u202f
  • Record detailed call information for auditing, reporting, and follow-up purposes\u202f
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information\u202f
  • Identify opportunities to introduce customers to new or enhanced services that meet their needs\u202f
  • Provide recommendations and guidance in a way that adds value and enhances the overall customer experience\u202f

What'll Set You Up for Success

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED\u202f
  • 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred\u202f

For Internal Candidates:

  • Must not be on any corrective action or performance plans\u202f
  • Must have held your current position for 6+ months\u202f
  • Must have relevant industry/program experience\u202f

Location Note: We're currently hiring for this position in Tucson, Arizona.
