RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quote and sell Property & Casualty and eventually Life & Health policies
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
