As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with Team Delgado, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the customers you support. This position is a bi-lingual position (English - Spanish)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bi-lingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
- An Illinois Insurance Producer License required within 2 months of employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
