As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michelle McBroom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate team member or department. 
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Perform general service tasks as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. 
• Run errands as needed to support office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
