ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Juleigha Schmidt State Farm Insurance, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your will focus on assisting new customers onboarding into our office, creating a seamless transition when they pick up insurance with State Farm. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
