Insurance Customer Service Representative

Full-Time or Part-Time | Colorado Insurance License Required

What You’ll Do



As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be an important part of creating the exceptional customer experiences that keep our clients happy and our agency growing.



You’ll be the person clients can count on when they have a question, need to make a change, or simply need someone who will listen and help. You’ll work closely with our team to solve problems, anticipate client needs, and make insurance feel a little less… well, like insurance.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer questions and providing clear, helpful policy information
• Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and service needs
• Processing insurance claims and following up with customers
• Maintaining accurate and thorough customer records
• Coordinating with other members of our team to make sure clients receive outstanding service
• Building strong, lasting relationships with our customers
• Identifying opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs

What We’re Looking For



You’re someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, pays attention to the details, and can keep your cool when the phone is ringing and there are multiple things happening at once.



Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude to work—and you know how to put a smile on a client’s face.



You’ll need:

• An active Colorado insurance license in both P&C and L&H
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• The ability to multitask and prioritize
• A customer-first mindset
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor
