As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nese Sahin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
