RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle 3+ hours of customer phone interactions daily, inbound and outbound.
Answer customer inquiries & assist with policy changes.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Leverage existing client relationships and opportunities to generate new business & coverage needs.
Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional phone presence and verbal communication skills - you are comfortable on the pone for the majority of your workday.
Strong multitasker who can manage calls, systems, and follow-ups without dropping the ball
detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Positive energy, coachable, team-oriented, and passionate about helping people.
