I've been in the insurance industry for 20 years and currently lead a team of 10. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a team that supports one another and enjoys coming to work each day. I also love developing future leaders, and two of my current team members are preparing to become State Farm agents themselves.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Josh Culotti - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
