I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2012 and proudly serve the Orlando community from our office located right off Industrial Ave. As an eighth-generation Floridian, this area is truly home to me, and I enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses in our community.
I’m a proud alumna of the University of Miami—Go ’Canes! Family is very important to me, and I’m also a big dog lover. That sense of family carries into our office culture, where we focus on supporting each other and creating a positive environment.

Customer Service Representative with Cortney Tidwell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
