ROLE DESCRIPTION:


Junior Account Representative
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Account Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, organized, coachable, and driven to help grow the business through consistent client engagement.




RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients daily
    • Generate and qualify new leads
    • Schedule appointments for agents/team members
    • Follow up with potential and existing customers
    • Maintain accurate customer records and notes
    • Build positive relationships through professional communication
    • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
    • Meet daily and weekly activity goals

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
