I opened my State Farm agency in April 2026, but my journey with State Farm started long before that. I began as a receptionist, grew into customer service, and eventually became an office manager before pursuing my dream of opening my own agency. Having worked my way through different roles, I understand the importance of having someone who believes in your potential and gives you opportunities to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play an essential role in our agency’s daily operations and the overall customer experience. You’ll help strengthen long-lasting relationships by assisting customers with their insurance needs.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, is detail-oriented, organized, and takes pride in helping others. This position is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in the insurance industry while developing valuable skills and growing professionally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and general service requests.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers about additional insurance products and coverage options.
- Coordinate customer appointments, follow-ups, and office communications.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
