Customer Service Associate
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent support to customers by answering questions, assisting with orders, resolving delivery-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt assistance
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
- Help customers determine product or service needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns during the delivery process
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and installation practices
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in high-stress situations
- Perform additional administrative or customer support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, data entry systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible team player
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Work Environment
This position works in a professional office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing systems.

- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
