    Full-Time | Hybrid After Training | $20/hour

     

    Looking for a fast-paced role where organization and communication skills truly matter?

     

    We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume calls and emails, coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), and serve as a key liaison between clients, attorneys, and claimants.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Schedule and coordinate IMEs
    • Communicate with clients and claimants
    • Manage medical records via WCB portal
    • Coordinate translation & transportation services
    • Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong multitasking & time management skills
    • Professional phone presence
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
