Customer Service Representative

We are excited about adding to our growing team! At the Julie Partridge Agency we are looking for an individual to handle a wide range of sales, administrative and support related tasks.

This is an in office position with future remote work possible based upon performance and agency growth.

No prior experience is necessary but licensing will be required upon hire.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Sales of insurance policies
• Process customer policy change requests accurately and timely.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Electronic file management.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Responds to all inquiries promptly and efficiently.

• Insurance license or ability to obtain license.
• Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to prioritize, multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Desire to exceed clients expectations.
• High attention to detail.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
