Job Summary

The Client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide support to Florida high school and college students regarding state scholarships and grant programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding Florida scholarship and grant programs.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in applicable systems.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize computer systems to research information and update records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional work environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience using computers and business applications.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to speak and understand English clearly.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with upset or stressed customers.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience supporting students, educational institutions, or government programs.
