Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from school and college students concerning scholarships and grants. This position will renew for the next fiscal year. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Located in Tallahassee
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support is a plus.
