Customer Service Representative

Looking for a Customer Service Representative. Will assist with incoming calls for customer supply needs (like toner, or water cooler, osmosis filtration system supplies etc). Will check computer database for supplies. Will update customers on supplies and make sure supplies get to them. If there is an issue with the machine will schedule a tech visit. Must be profession and have great communication skills. Will be scheduling and coordinating supply deliveries. Must have multitasking skills, and ability to resolve conflict and solve problems. Will be researching customer needs and entering the order into the computer. The candidate must have strong work ethic, and great phone skills. Must have clean CBC.
