Customer Service Representative 

Location: Grapevine, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving delivery-related issues, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and business partner inquiries via phone and email.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions.

• Investigate issues, identify solutions, and communicate updates clearly.

• Monitor delivery routes and track delivery progress.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.

• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations.

• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.

• Experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous call center experience.

• Familiarity with business applications and customer service systems.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
