Salary Range: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, accurate information regarding policy coverage and billing.

Assist policyholders with updates to their accounts, ensuring every change is processed accurately.

Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products that add real value to their lives.

Resolve concerns with empathy and clarity, turning frustrating moments into positive experiences.

Navigate internal databases to find quick, reliable answers for our customers.

Collaborate with your fellow team members to keep our service standards high and our office atmosphere welcoming.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and patiently over the phone.

Availability to work a set schedule including potential weekends or evenings.

Residency in or near the Round Rock, Texas area.

Previous customer service experience is helpful but we prioritize a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
