Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in Grand Rapids
Salary: 50,000-75,000

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

• Prepare and manage customer quotes and estimates
• 
  
• Coordinate customer projects from approval through completion
• 
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments
• 
  
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and delivery status
• 
  
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
• 
  
• Coordinate order fulfillment with production, planning, and logistics teams
• 
  
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• 
  
• Track project timelines and communicate updates internally and externally
• 
  
• Support repeat business opportunities through strong relationship management
• 
  

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

• 
  
• Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or business-to-business environment
• 
  
• Experience with estimating, quoting, inside sales, account management, or order processing
• 
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 
  
• Comfortable interacting with customers via phone and email
• 
  
• Experience utilizing CRM and Microsoft Office applications
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
