Hansen Talent Group is seeking out a dynamic, customer oriented individual to support an expanding team out of the West Columbia area. The ideal candidate is willing to work 100% onsite and has proven experience supporting customer questions and concerns.
The customer service representative is responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding client accounts and processes as well as reaching out to clients to retrieve critical account information and managing documentation within the CRM.
Duties:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats related to client concerns including account information, personal information changes, process updates, and concerns.
Provide outgoing phone calls and emails to clients to collect account information.
Update account and client information, ensuring accuracy.
Manage and document interactions within the CRM to be used in future outreaches with participating clients.
Support training activities and identify opportunities for continued learning across the CSR team.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in managing client satisfaction
