Customer Service Representative
NEPA Wholesale is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers by phone, chat, and email. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized, and takes ownership of customer concerns from the initial inquiry through resolution.

You will:
- Answer customer questions about products, orders, and services.
- Resolve concerns professionally, follow up, and escalate issues when needed.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounting, and management across multiple locations.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update company systems.
- Manage multiple requests while protecting customer and company information.
What you bring:
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a calm, professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is preferred.
- Wholesale, distribution, warehouse, or vape shop experience is a plus.
