Key Responsibilities
Communicate with members through inbound and outbound phone calls
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to review available benefit options
Clearly explain program features and answer member questions
Guide members through the enrollment and application process
Maintain accurate records and update client information
Follow up to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable using video conferencing, email, and basic computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a client-facing role is an asset, but not required
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
