Customer Service Representative

• Provide professional and timely support to customers and sales reps via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Responsible for data entry, order management, respond to customer inquiries, requests, concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Account management, enter and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, customer support, order entry, or account management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, or distribution environment.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
