Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solutions-focused approach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account information in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
- 3+ year of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
