Customer Service / Sales Associate

Plastic Bottle Corporation is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. • Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Prepare and provide product quotes
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information
• Assist with preparing and sending customer samples
• Provide outstanding business-to-business (B2B) customer service
• Perform light filing and other general office support duties
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
