Plastic Bottle Corporation is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Enter customer orders accurately into the system
- Prepare and provide product quotes
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information
- Assist with preparing and sending customer samples
- Provide outstanding business-to-business (B2B) customer service
- Perform light filing and other general office support duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic math skills
- Must live within 30 miles of Libertyville, IL, in office position
