Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and in-person
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred but not required
