Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and written communication
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and loyalty
• Process customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
• Ability to learn product and service offerings quickly and communicate value effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• Must be located in or able to commute to Addison, TX
