We are looking for a motivated and coachable Medicare Sales Agent to join our growing team.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and helping customers make confident decisions. Some of the best candidates may come from industries like restaurants, hospitality, retail, automotive sales, tire sales, customer service, banking, or other people-focused roles.
If you are good at building trust, staying calm in conversations, asking good questions, and helping people work through decisions, those skills can transfer very well into this position.
That said, this is still a sales role. We are looking for someone with some drive, competitive spirit, and willingness to push themselves. The right person does not need to be loud, aggressive, or high-pressure, but they do need to be motivated, resilient, and willing to work toward goals. You should be comfortable being challenged, coached, measured, and held accountable for activity and results.
In this role, you will help clients understand their Medicare, health insurance, ancillary, and life insurance options. You will work with prospective clients, existing clients, and qualified leads to explain available plans, identify client needs, complete enrollments, and provide a professional experience from start to finish.
We provide training, support, leads, coaching, and a more stable work environment than many traditional sales or service jobs. This is a full-time position with steady weekday hours, weekends off, and the opportunity to grow your income beyond what many service, retail, or hourly sales roles typically offer.
