Job Description Summary:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing supply chain relationships with our Customers, ensuring seamless order management, prompt resolution of issues, timely deliveries, and accurate invoicing. You will foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to identify order trends and drive process efficiencies for our Customers and Bel Brands. Your responsibilities will also include navigating various software platforms to process customer orders and providing comprehensive support to our Sales Partners. Working Conditions: This job is Chicago Remote. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns.
