Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and help them understand their insurance coverage options.

Process policy changes, billing updates, and payment requests with attention to detail.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal management systems.

Assist the agency owner with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Reach out to existing clients to review their policies and identify any gaps in their current protection.

Solve concerns quickly and empathetically to ensure our clients feel heard and valued.

Current Property and Casualty insurance license in Tennessee preferred but not required.

Strong comfort level with basic computer navigation and office software.

Clear and welcoming phone communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working in a customer-facing role is helpful but not strictly required.
