Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies is working with a diverse holding company located in North Denver immediately seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist. This is a full-time, M-F, 40 hours per week direct hire position.
Customer Service Specialist:The Customer Service Specialist will work with customers to assist in the maintenance of their lease and financial accounts and some office support duties. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who enjoys to working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Answer in-bound customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all contracts are correct
- Ensure all insurance binders are up to date and in compliance
- Manage insurance claims
- Act as Sales Support
- Pull Payoffs on customer accounts
- Research and advise customers on toll violations
- Generate invoices
- Notify customers on upcoming lease expirations
- Scanning
- Manage account verification
- Prepare weekly reports
- Fill in for receptionist when needed (sick days, PTO, mealtimes)
- Act as a liaison for customers and all departments
Requirements:- College degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer knowledge
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Microsoft office experience
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position starts at $26.00 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more.
