Customer Service Representative

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

• Process customer orders received primarily through email using the Datacor ERP system
• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure accurate order entry and fulfillment
• Communicate with production, sales, and customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and tracking information
• Provide timely updates and support throughout the order fulfillment process
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within company systems

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in an office or business environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
