About the Role

Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
- Resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our systems
- Follow established procedures and meet performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
- Provide feedback on recurring issues or service gaps
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms
- Remote work experience
- Ability to de-escalate situations and handle high-volume periods
