Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to support our winery operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, logistics, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, inventory allocation, and timely product delivery.

Responsibilities

Enter and manage customer orders within ERP and warehouse management systems.
Generate pick tickets and coordinate order fulfillment activities.
Allocate inventory and monitor product availability.
Communicate order statuses, shipment updates, delays, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics and transportation partners.
Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, inventory variances, and customer claims.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer files.
Prepare reports and track order allocations and shipment activity.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Support compliance, documentation, and winery-specific procedures.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain experience.
Experience working in a manufacturing, food production, beverage, or winery environment preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems, order entry systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and customer-focused attitude.
Experience coordinating with transportation carriers and warehouse teams preferred.
