Part Time Customer Service Specialist

Givens Estates, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist to help support our Independent Living Dining team. The primary purpose of this position is to create a warm and inviting dining experience for returning and new residents/guests. The schedule for this position would be 3-4 days a week Monday through Saturday and shifts vary from 11:00am-2:00pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm.

What You'll Do:

• Is proficient in the use of the POS system.
• Will provide cross training to other staff regarding the use of the POS system
• Completes opening and closing duties in a timely manner
• Keeps beverage station, condiments, silverware and all customer supplies stocked before, during and after service
• Maintains high quality customer service and is the primary person responsible for customer service
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for new team members
• Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What You'll Need:

• 1 years' experience in food service operations
• Working knowledge of sanitary standards related to food handling and preparation
• Must know or have the ability to handle and operate equipment in assigned area

Compensation for this position will be $17.50 - $19.00/hour, based on experience.
