This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers and plays an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and helpful manner
- Resolve customer concerns quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests accurately
- Document customer interactions and issues within CRM or ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Educate customers on products, services, and policies
- Follow established procedures while meeting service level goals
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with leadership for improvement
- Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge
- Represent the company with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in challenging situations
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or support tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Familiarity with order processing, billing, or account management
- Bilingual skills a plus
